Our Return Policy.  All items are returnable less 5% credit card fees, $3.75 for re-packaging, and cost for shipping and handling. For all manuals that comes with CD's and software we can only accept returns on unopened packages.  By industry standard all e-books are non-returnable items.  All return items must be post mark 10 days from the shipping date. By Industry standard all e-books or manual that comes in electronic format are non returnable items.

Tracking Your Order.  We processed all orders within 24 hours upon receiving your order. All orders received before 11:00 AM CST are process the same day. If you have not receive your order after 5 days of placing your order, give us a call at 1-866-773-1190 or email us at track@nursespartners.com  to request your tracking number.

Safe Shopping Guarantee: Credit card fraud is virtually nonexistent on the Internet. If you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping with NursePartners, notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Most companies will either cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum of $50. Should your credit card company discover credit card fraud and hold you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges, there is no need to worry, provided the purchase was made through our secure server. NursePartners will reimburse you for the maximum liability of $50. This is standard practice on the Internet, and just part of the reason why people prefer shopping with us.
